This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exclusive room advantages. the staff provided outstanding service and the Spa and wellness centre was exceptional. the Indoor and outdoor swimming pools were refreshing, and the sun terrace and garden area provided a delightful and peaceful atmosphere for relaxation.

The only minor issue was with the restaurant's breakfast service, which was understaffed and disorganised. the in-room breakfast option was a great alternative to avoid the crowded restaurant.

The buffet breakfast was tasty and had a varied selection. The hotel had a nice outdoor area with a pool which was great for relaxing on a hot day. The rooms were well-appointed and had all the necessary amenities.

The location was quite far from the city center and there weren't many options for dining nearby. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when we had questions or needed assistance.

While the hotel is located in a peaceful location reliant on public transport or taxis to get around, it is far from any landmarks in the city center. there is plenty to explore within the hotel's well-manicured Chinese-style garden, which is spacious and offers a variety of relaxation options. the room was spacious with impressive Chinese design. the health club had a good sized pool, and there were activities for kids including pasta making and board games.

The breakfast experience was subpar, with long queues and an unorganized setup, which detracted from an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Great value for money for a family package that includes breakfast and kids eat for free. Nice grounds with lots of relaxation options. Ideal hotel for a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Although the hotel is good, it is not conveniently located and is far from the city center. There is nothing much to see or do around the hotel if you don't have your own transportation.

The hotel was extremely clean and had excellent facilities, including a beautiful swimming pool, and a delicious breakfast. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, even at the Flowing Waters restaurant. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently located near public transportation and landmarks in the city.
